Grayson Flemming
Bio

Grayson, a University of Arizona alumnus with studies in Electrical and Computer Engineering as well as Mathematics.  He came to Oregon after graduating to continue his training as a hammer thrower. Grayson was a 3x NCAA Championship qualifier for the Wildcats, and a 6-time Pac-12 championship finalist. He is also a 3-time USA Championships qualifier and competed at the 2024 Olympic Trials.  Grayson is responsible for the strength and conditioning program for the hammer/discus/shot put.  He has traveled the world in the quest of improving his training methodologies and often hosts friends from these travels to train at CCC and speak with the athletes. Grayson's coaching principles are rooted in long-term outcomes and he believes consistent hard work will bring success. Grayson is a US patent holder for his work in the field of Electrical Engineering, and is currently working in the semiconductor industry. Grayson is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) as well as a USA Track and Field Level 1 Certified Coach.
